Our Behavior Style and Values Assessment approach to coaching is 100% results-driven for high impact ROI. Coaching is tailored to the specific needs of each person and refined to each person's individual style:

First, we work with the individual to identify desired goals and current obstacles. Then we create and implement a comprehensive plan to overcome problems and reach the goals.

Depending on what you need, coaching can be retainer-based, ongoing, or on an hourly basis. It can also be included as part of an overall consulting engagement, or as part of our training workshops.

Are you seeking any of the following for your advisor practice?
  • Better client retention.
  • Greater client satisfaction.
  • Stronger teams.
  • Happier and more satisfied employees?

  • Many of these goals can be reached by understanding, and using the research behind behavioral and value preferences.

Based upon the work of Carl Jung, the DISC approach was invented by William Moulton Marston, a Harvard MBA and inventor of the lie detector, over 30 years ago. The statistically based profiles show a person’s preferred styles on four scales of behavior – Problems, People, Pace and Procedures:

    • Dominance (“D” factor) How one handles problems and challenges
    • Influence (“I” factor) How one handles people and influences others
    • Steadiness (“S” factor) How one handles work environment, change and pace
    • Compliance (“C” factor) How one handles rules and procedures set by others
    • Depending on our differences in style and approach, we can either get along very easily together (because we’re much alike!) or we can have significant clashes in our relationship.

Values run even deeper. While DISC is about what we do and how we communicate, the Personal Interest and Values (PIAV) assessment tells us why we do what we do. When growing a business, it’s helpful if the leaders share common values for ease of decision-making and planning.

Whether utilizing these tools to do more self-exploration and learning or to help existing employees or new hires, you will be sure to find the information useful, actionable, and necessary for creating and maintaining the highest quality relationships.
